Shipping, Delivery & Returns
International Shipping
We ship international orders with DHL Express or Iceland Post (Pósturinn), depending on the destination and shipping method available at checkout.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.
Lilja Björk Jewellery does not collect or control these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure which charges may apply.
Shipping to the USA
Orders to the United States are shipped exclusively with DHL Express from Iceland.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier handling fees may apply upon arrival in the US, including on lower-value orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before your order is handed over to Iceland Post.
Delivery times after dispatch can be found on the Iceland Post website.

Please note that Iceland Post is not available for shipments to the USA.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on weekdays, Monday–Friday.
As part of our commitment to reducing overproduction, some jewellery may be made to order and may not always be available in stock.
If an item is not currently available, we will begin making it once your order is received.
If you need your jewellery by a specific date, please contact us at info@lbj.is before ordering so we can confirm availability.
For orders within Iceland, delivery usually takes approximately 1–2 business days after the order has been shipped, depending on the shipping method.
Shipping Address & Tracking
Please make sure your shipping information is complete and correct before placing your order.
Lilja Björk Jewellery is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Tracking is provided where available, depending on the shipping method selected. Some deliveries may require a signature.

Orders can be collected from our store at:

Our opening hours may vary, so please check them before choosing store pickup.
If our opening hours are not convenient for you, we recommend delivery with Dropp or Iceland Post.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition

Be returned in its original packaging

Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns and exchanges are not available for sale items.
If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If you received our jewellery as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us at info@lbj.is.
Please always email info@lbj.is before returning any jewellery.

Prices & VAT
Prices include 24% Icelandic VAT, where applicable.
International customers may be required to pay additional local taxes, customs duties, or import fees upon delivery.

Prices are shown in Icelandic króna (ISK).
